What “void of course” means
The void-of-course period is a classical astrological condition defined geometrically: between the last major aspect the Moon makes to a planet (within standard orb), and the moment the Moon crosses into the next zodiac sign.
Different traditions use different aspect orbs and planet sets to define VOC. This page uses the major-aspect convention (0°, 60°, 90°, 120°, 180°) and the seven traditional planets plus the three modern outer planets.
