Secondary progressions calculator
Secondary progressions advance the natal chart by one day for each year of life. The progressed chart for a given date is the natal chart computed that many days after birth. Runs in your browser.
What this calculator does
The day-for-a-year key maps each year of life to one day of ephemeris motion after birth. At age N, the progressed positions are simply the real planetary positions N days after the birth moment, cast for the birth place.
The progressed Moon moves about one sign every two and a half years; the progressed Sun about one degree per year. See also transits and solar return.
Reference, not advice
This is cultural and astronomical reference, not personal prediction or advice.
Progressions are a symbolic time key applied to ephemeris data. They are a reference construction, not a prediction or personal recommendation.
